TRUITION NAMES BILL WIGNALL AS PRESIDENT AND CEO


eCommerce Platform Leader Selects Technology Veteran with Impressive Track Record to Manage Future Growth

(Toronto, Canada – May 14, 2007) Truition Inc., a leading provider of On-Demand eCommerce solutions for retailers and DTC manufacturers, today announced the appointment of Bill Wignall to the position of President and Chief Executive Officer. A technology veteran with an extensive international background, Wignall has executive experience in all areas of operations and corporate development.

Prior to joining Truition, Wignall served as President and CEO of software vendor Electronics WorkBench (EWB), where he was instrumental in turning the company around, growing revenue and brokering the company's sale to National Instruments, a global leader in graphical system design. Prior to joining EWB, Wignall held executive leadership roles at Broadband Networks, Telezone and Northern Telecom.
